Nick Carter: From the Backstreet to Taking Off

When you think of Nick Carter, the first image you may conjure is of a young kid with a bleach-blonde bowl cut and a flowing white, open shirt, reminiscent of the Backstreet Boys music video “Quit Playing Games With My Heart.” If you entered any mall in the ’90s, you probably heard BSB tunes like “Everybody” and “I Want It That Way” many times. Since then, Nick has changed his hair, dated Paris Hilton, been part of a reality show about his family and released a solo album. Now we find him reunited with the Backstreet Boys, joining forces with New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) and releasing his second solo album, I’m Taking Off.

ALBUM BARU BACKSTREET BOYS AKAN RILIS 2012

Backstreet Boys rencananya akan merilis album baru mereka yang ke-9 (internasional) dan yang ke-8 (rilis di Amerika) tahun 2012 mendatang. Yeay... :-)

Kabarnya Backstreet Boys akan mulai mengerjakan materi untuk album baru pada Oktober 2011. Album tersebut merupakan album pertama Backstreet Boys setelah berpisah dengan label rekaman yang selama ini menaungi mereka yaitu Jive Records.

Backstreet Boys berjanji akan ada banyak kejutan di album tersebut. Mereka juga yakin bahwa mereka akan lebih banyak terlibat dan memegang kontrol dalam pengerjaan album barunya nanti.

Backstreet Boys (sometimes referred to as BSB) are an American vocal group, formed in Orlando, Florida in 1993. The band originally consisted of A. J. McLean, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter and Kevin Richardson. They rose to fame with their debut international album, Backstreet Boys (1996). In the following year, they released their second international album, Backstreet's Back (1997) and their debut album in the United States which continued the group's success worldwide. They rose to superstardom with their album Millennium (1999) and its follow-up album, Black & Blue (2000). After a three-year hiatus, the band regrouped and have since released three albums: Never Gone (2005), Unbreakable (2007) and This Is Us (2009).
